I had a great experience! I ordered two arrangements: 1 for my mother in law and one for my Aunt.
The shop called me to let me know that they were short on some roses in a particular colour but offered replacements. Both arrangements turned out to be beautiful! Both of these special women loved receiving their body's and commented on how gorgeous they were.
I will definitely be ordering from here again.
The service is impeccable and the flowers are stunning.

The arrangement of roses ordered for my father's memorial service did not disappoint. Immediately after placing the order the shop owner called me to explain that due to limited supply they would have to use a different type of rose than mentioned in the online description but she assured me it would be a full, lovely arrangement. I got the Magical Unicorn balloon arrangement for my niece and it was gorgeous! The unicorn balloon as as big as her and she's 4 years old. The stuffed unicorn was adorable and the staff went out of their way to deliver it to her hotel room to make her day extra special. We had asked for a morning delivery and it was close to noon and we had not received the order. I called the office. Although the woman on the phone was helpful she came across as abrupt. The delivery man called to confirm our address right after I called the office.
